• Which tickets are billed through SimplyGo?

  The following tickets are available via SimplyGo! available:

  • ÖBB standard ticket 2nd class
  • Transport association single tickets:
    • VOR single trip
    • VVV 60-minutes-ticket
    • VVV 120-minutes-ticket
    • VVT single ticket
    • SVV single trip
    • SVV hourly ticket Salzburg
    • OÖVV single trip
    • KL single trip
    • VST hourly card
  • Combined day tickets for the calendar day or for 24 hours:
    • VOR day ticket
    • 24 hours ago Vienna
    • VVV 24 hours ticket
    • VVT 24h ticket Innsbruck
    • SVV day ticket
    • SVV 24-hour ticket Salzburg
    • OÖVV day ticket
    • OÖVV 24-hour ticket Linz
    • KL day ticket
    • VST 24 hour card
    • VST 24-hour ticket Graz
• Which discounts can be applied with SimplyGo?

  SimplyGo! automatically applies all discounts that can be stored in your ÖBB account in the ÖBB app. These include:

  • Discounts (e.g. Austrian certificate of disability)
  • Customer cards (e.g. Vorteilscard Classic)
  • Network tickets (e.g. annual ticket for Vienna (core zone)) 
  • Other available tickets (e.g. Salzburg city transport ticket)

  Please note that you must present the specified discount cards during a ticket inspection.

  The Vorteilscard Family is not recognised as a discount when using SimplyGo!, as it is currently not possible to include additional travellers (children).

• Can I also benefit from Sparschiene fares through SimplyGo?

  No, allocated tickets such as Sparschiene tickets are not available through SimplyGo.

• Is SimplyGo! also available with an ÖBB Business Account?

  No, you cannot currently use SimplyGo! with your ÖBB Business Account. 

• Can I travel with additional passengers using SimplyGo?

  No, SimplyGo! can currently only be used for the person who is registered in the ÖBB account. 

• Can I travel with children using SimplyGo?

  Please refer to the respective fare conditions of the various transport companies and transport associations:

  • If you can travel with children free of charge and without a ticket, you can also do so with SimplyGo.
  • If a ticket must be presented when travelling with children, then this is not possible with SimplyGo.
• Can I also book bike tickets with SimplyGo?

  No, it is not possible to book bike tickets via SimplyGo!.

• Can I also purchase a ticket for my dog through SimplyGo?

  No, you cannot purchase a ticket for your dog through SimplyGo.

• Can I also reserve seats on the train with SimplyGo?

  No, it is not possible to book a seat reservation with SimplyGo.

• Can I travel in first class with SimplyGo?

  No, unfortunately you cannot currently travel in first class with SimplyGo.

• Can I still use my 24-hour ticket on the subsequent day?

  Yes, if you have already paid for a 24-hour ticket using SimplyGo!, you can continue to use it on the following day within the specified period and area of validity of the ticket. Please use SimplyGo! for all further journeys and we will take the 24-hour ticket into account.
