• First and family name, address
• Phone number for any enquiries and notifications (very important)
• Travel date, travel route (departure/transfer/arrival station)
• Are you travelling with someone or with luggage?
• Type of limitation (wheelchair user, walking disability, visual impairment, other limitation)
• Do you need any aids? (elevator, train wheelchair,...)
• Meeting place at the station
• Have you already bought or reserved tickets or seats? If yes, we need your coach and seat number. If no, you can order these from our Mobility Service Centre when you make your request.

• Clarification regarding facilities of stations and trains
• Agreement of time and place of meeting
• Information on available services
• Coordination of seat availability (wheelchair bays,...)
• Information of service staff
• Information for passengers regarding potential non-availability of wheelchair cars for long-distance travels

In order to be able to organize optimal assistance at the train station, ÖBB-PV AG requires advance notice of your travel request by no later than:

• 12 hours before departure for journeys within Austria (If your journey begins before 9:00 a.m., you must notify the Mobility Service Center of your travel request by 6:00 p.m. the day before).
• 3 hours before departure for journeys between the following train stations: Vienna Central Station, Vienna Meidling, Vienna West, St. Pölten Central Station, Linz Central Station, Wels Central Station, Attnang-Puchheim, Salzburg Central Station, Innsbruck Central Station, Feldkirch, Dornbirn, Bregenz, Wiener Neustadt Central Station, Bruck an der Mur, Graz Central Station, Klagenfurt Central Station, and Villach Central Station.
• 24 hours before departure for all journeys from Austria to other countries or from other countries to Austria.

Assistance abroad is usually organized and carried out by our foreign partner railways. In order to be able to organize your assistance in the best possible way, we generally recommend that you register your need for assistance with us as early as possible when traveling across borders.
