The easy way to send luggage in 4 steps
Step 1: Make a booking
Book your luggage collection by calling ÖBB customer service on tel. 05-1717 or by visiting an ÖBB ticket counter in person at least 3 working days before your preferred collection date.
The ÖBB door-to-door luggage service can only be booked in conjunction with a valid ÖBB ticket.
Step2: Label your luggage
When your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a luggage slip and an address tag for identifying your pieces of luggage. Check the dimensions (max. combined length and girth: 300 cm) and weight (max. 30 kg) of your pieces of luggage and make sure the luggage slip is clearly visible. A customs declaration must be filled in when sending luggage to Switzerland.
Step 3: Have your luggage collected
Our driver will collect your luggage at the arranged time from your address and transport it safely to your chosen destination.
Step 4: Track the delivery status
On the booking confirmation, you’ll find a link that lets you track your delivery as well as the phone number of the luggage hotline in case you have any questions.
