ÖBB vouchers

• Redeemable online at shop.oebbtickets.at or in the ÖBB App.
• Not redeemable for the purchase of an ÖBB Vorteilscard discount card and for ticket purchases with the ÖBB Businesscard or ÖBB Schulcard.
• Validity period cannot be extended; voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

Please keep in mind that if you cancel an order that you have paid by voucher in full or in part, the purchase amount can only be refunded in the form of a voucher.

The conditions may be different from those of other vouchers, such as special offer vouchers! Please read the redemption conditions of each voucher carefully.

ÖBB Vouchers purchased at a ticket office or from the ÖBB Customer Service

ÖBB gift cards (ÖBB Geschenkgutscheinkarte) are available from selected ÖBB retail partners. You can currently purchase ÖBB gift cards at the following retail outlets:

• SPAR (It can take up to 24 hours to activate ÖBB gift cards from SPAR)

• Lidl Österreich (It can take up to 24 hours to activate ÖBB gift cards from Lidl Österreich)

• Hartlauer
• onlineaufladen.at
• in selected post offices (It can take up to 24 hours to activate ÖBB gift cards from post offices)
• in selected tobacco shops
• at selected fuel stations

• This voucher will be credited to your ÖBB account upon purchase of a KlimaTicket Ö Vorteilsabo.
• The voucher can be redeemed for two upgrades from 2nd to 1st class on ÖBB trains in Austria.
• The voucher can be redeemed: online at shop.oebbtickets.at, via the ÖBB app, at ÖBB ticket counters, and with customer service.
• The voucher is stored in your ÖBB account under "My Subscriptions & Vouchers."
• You can redeem the voucher no later than the expiry date of your KlimaTicket Ö Vorteilsabo. The redemption period is shown on the voucher in your ÖBB account. Please note that the redemption period for gift vouchers begins no earlier than 15 days after the purchase of your KlimaTicket Ö Vorteilsabo if you purchased the product online or via mobile.
• The voucher is automatically linked to the corresponding KlimaTicket Ö discount subscription. Please present it during ticket inspections on the train.
