The best way of getting to SalzburgerLand is - on the train

There is a train connection from Vienna every 2 hours that takes you to the Gastein Valley or to Zell am See. The route goes through St. Pölten and Linz, with a change of trains in Salzburg. For the summer season from 30 June to 10 September 2023, we are offering two direct Railjet connections per weekend from Vienna to Zell am See and Saalfelden. There are two direct Railjet services between Vienna and the Gastein Valley every day.
