Use a SEPA mandate to authorise ÖBB Personenverkehr AG to automatically collect the payment for your next Vorteilscard: This way, you will never have to take care of renewing your Vorteilscard any more. You will receive your new card by mail in good time.

What is a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate?
The direct debit authorisation you give us is called a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. A mandate includes both the agreement to collect the payment and the order to the payee's own payment service provider to transfer the payment. The SEPA Direct Debit Mandate authorises us to collect the amount payable for your Vorteilscard from your account.

Where can I find IBAN and BIC?
You can find the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and the BIC (Business Identifier Code) of your payment service provider on your account statement, in your online banking portal or on your ATM cards.
