The JAZZFESTIVAL SAALFELDEN launches its 46th edition! From 20th - 23rd August 2026 you can expect over 60 concerts in the city, in the woods and meadows, as well as music hikes in the midst of the beautiful mountains of Saalfelden!
The highlights of the festival: Experience top-notch acts on the main stage at Congress Saalfelden and in the legendary Otto Gruber Hall, or let yourself be surprised by new sounds at the Short Cuts at Kunsthaus Nexus.
Looking for that pure festival vibe? Just go with the flow! In the city park, at the Museum Schloss Ritzen, or at the evening concerts at the Nexus, you can enjoy first-class music with free admission - the perfect soundtrack for a relaxing summer day.
Nature meets sound: Our “We Hike Jazz” jazz music hikes and the exclusive alpine concerts in the mountains provide the ultimate vacation feeling. An absolute must: The forest concert in the Kollingwald, which enchants with its magical setting amidst the greenery.
