The blue gondolas are visible from far away. The Pfänderbahn cable car carries guests up the 1,064 metre high panoramic mountain all day long. There is plenty to see and do for those who love exploring.
What a view! The beauty of Bregenz is best seen from the Pfänder. The city frames Lake Constance in an elegant arc and it looks pretty huge from above. In addition to the stunning views of the lake and the numerous mountains to the south, an excursion on the Pfänder offers many other attractions too.
Families love the Alpine Wildlife Park with free admission, which is home to marmots, mouflons, deer, ibex and wild boar. There is plenty to do even at the Mountain Station itself. Braver youngsters can jump into the air on the bungee trampoline, while others can slide, climb, swing or visit the dwarf goats and rabbits in the small animal enclosure. Hikers can choose one of the many trails.

The Pfänderbahn runs daily from 8am to 7pm (except for a short maintenance period in November).
Bicycles can be brought onto the cable cars free of charge before 10 am.
