Located in the historic centre of Krems, at Körnermarkt, the former Dominican Church is one of the most important church buildings of the 13th century north of the Alps. Since its foundation in 1891, museumkrems has been presenting its diverse collection in the monastery complex attached to the church building around the baroque inner courtyard. Visitors are invited on a journey through the more than 1000 years of history of the dual city of Krems and Stein.
