How to book
It is very easy: display and book your rail-travel based on real train schedules. The ticket will be valid for a single trip on any train (operated by ÖBB) within the booked destination within the period of validity of the segment (2 days). The whole and daily updated schedule is available on ÖBB´s website.

- Validity of the point-to-point-ticket
- Valid for a single trip within the booked destination on all trains operated by ÖBB or partnering railways (including railjet, ICE, EC, IC and local train services) except ÖBB night trains (EN - EuroNight).
- Valid for 2 days (not limited to the booked connection - full flexibility)
- Reduced fares for infants and children
- Infant 0<6 (without own seat): 100%
- Children: 6<15: 50%
- Your C/First Class-Ticket opens up access to ÖBB-Lounges*)
- Seat-reservation is not included. You can book additional seat-reservation at ÖBB´s website: www.oebb.at/en. Please note: Online-booked seat-reservation doesn´t replace your Check-In
- Rebooking/Cancellation
- Rebooking/Cancellation only by your travel-agent.
- Additional services (e.g. upgrade from Y/2. Class to C/1. Class, or upgrade C/1. Class to ÖBB-Business-Class, bicycle-transport,…) can be booked at ÖBB-Reisezentrum.
- Cancellation-Fee:
- Until the day before departure of the booked connection: full refund
- If not checked in: during the period of validity and one day after validity: 50% refund
- If checked in: no refund
- Ticketing: ticket has to be issued no later than 48 hours before departure, otherwise cancelled.
- Check-In is possible within 72 hours prior to the departure of the booked connection.

- No boarding without check-in. Keep your print-out-ticket and ID-card with you.

- Luggage: During the rail-travel all luggage is carried by and with the passenger. No check-in is required for luggage on the rail-segment. Luggage racks are situated over your seat and in the corridors.
