From 16th November, 2023, Star Wars fans can immerse themselves in galactic realms at the Wiener Stadthalle: The Fans Strike Back, the popular fan-created exhibition, is now inviting visitors to Vienna on a voyage of discovery featuring unique, private collectibles, spanning 1,300 square m², and offers various highlights, including a VR experience. The exhibition takes visitors on a journey into the universe of the world’s most successful saga.

"Do or do not. There is no try." This legendary Yoda quote must have played a role in sparking the inner drive amongst the fans who created and collected the exhibits for this exhibition. Following London, Paris and New York, the international success of The Fans Strike Back is now arriving in Vienna.
Curated by fans for fans, The Fans Strike Back offers an enthusiastic perspective - shaped by over 40 years of passion for the ultimate saga.The exhibition showcases more than 700 one-of-a-kind, nostalgic collectibles, including life-size figures, over 50 sculptures, photos, posters and costumes.
Embedded in the universe of the legendary saga, visitors will also discover special highlights: included on the journeyare exhibits created by fans, such as a Snowspeeder, Sandcrawler, Naboo Fighter, Millenium Falcon, X-Wing Fan-Cockpit, an R2-D2 Collection, and a Clone Trooper Collection. Visitors can also discover unique items built by particularly passionate fans, such as a life-size Podracer, the command bridge of a Star Destroyer, and the Emperor’s Throne.
The force is....with all senses: The Experience.
May the Force be with everyone at The Fans Strike Back Exhibition: From the youngest Padawan to the wisest Jedi Master, every lover of the legendary blockbuster can immerse themselves in this universe. A particularly intergalactic immersion is offered through a unique virtual reality experience, which transports all senses into the world of the iconic saga, allowing visitors to travel through the galaxy in the space of a few minutes.
In addition to the exhibits and the VR experience, the themed photo booth and an exhibition shop ensure that a piece of the galaxy can be taken home.
