The mumok is the largest museum in the centre of Europe for art since modern times. It makes the international and Austrian avant-garde in its various facets accessible to all those interested in art. The striking dark grey basalt cube in the middle of the MuseumsQuartier Wien houses an extraordinary collection of major works ranging from classical Modernism, Pop Art, Fluxus and Viennese Actionism to current film and media art.
