Special information, booking tickets, reservations and assistance for boarding and alighting.
Our agents will be pleased to assist you by booking all necessary tickets and reservations, including places for accommodating wheelchairs and seats suitable for handicapped passengers. Moreover, they will inform you about the facilities available on board our trains and in the stations as well as aid equipment available, such as lifts for boarding and alighting, as well as assistance for boarding/alighting.
To organize suitable help at the station for you, please contact our CallCenter 24 hours before your travel (for travels abroad min. 72 hours before).
You can notify us about your intended trip by calling our special service hotline on +43 (0)5-1717 (available every day from 07:00 – 21:00 hrs) where a special team will be pleased to assist mobility-restricted persons. When calling, wait for the recorded message, dial 5 (Special information) and then 5 again (Notification of trips of wheelchair users or persons with other handicaps).
Ordering ÖBB's mobility service is now easier than ever. Disabled persons needing assistance for boarding, changing trains or alighting can notify us about their needs by eMail.
