Network Access, the customer interface of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG for Railway Undertakings (RU), is mainly responsible for the non-discriminatory allocation of train path. Here, the RUs’ individual path requests are combined into an overall timetable structure.

One Stop Shop
One contact for all questions relating to network access, following the motto "one face to the customer". The customer puts their question to the OSS of their choice and this OSS coordinates within the OSS Network to supply a response.

Railway Undertakings on our network
There are currently 29 Railway Undertakings active on the Austrian rail network. Of these, six are concerned only with passenger transport, ten carry only freight, and seven operate both passenger and freight traffic.
