Network Access, the customer interface of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG for Railway Undertakings (RU) – headed by authorised officer Harald Hotz – is mainly responsible for the non-discriminatory allocation of train path. Here, the RUs’ individual path requests are combined into an overall timetable structure. An international contact network allows ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG to offer complete handling services from the point of departure to the destination.
The Network Access department offers products and services in line with customer demands. Both a professional order management and a high quality of handling are guaranteed.
