One Stop Shop

The One Stop Shop (OSS) of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG is part of an international network of European railway infrastructure companies within the framework of RailNetEurope (RNE).

The members of RNE strive to make network access as easy as possible for infrastructure customers. This is achieved according to the motto “one face to the customer” and means that the customer submits their request to the OSS of their choice, which will be responsible for the coordination with the OSS network. The headquarters of OSS at Network Access of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG allows optimal customer support for transport planning.

The One Stop Shop network guarantees:

  • competent and fast support beyond all borders
  • transparent, discreet and non-discriminatory processing of customer requests
  • assistance in obtaining the necessary operating licences and other required documents
  • assistance before, during and after a train operation
  • provision of information on the Network Statements of other infrastructure managers.
