ÖBB-Holding AG is the holding company responsible for strategic control of the ÖBB Group of companies. In addition to exercising the share rights in the subsidiary companies of the ÖBB Group its main task is the uniform strategic alignment of the ÖBB Group.
The new subsidiary companies of the ÖBB Group are controlled and coordinated by ÖBB-Holding AG. Moreover, the company is also responsible for coordinating Group-wide tasks, such as Research & Development.
