Direct, fast and comfortable rail connections to Vienna Airport: Every hour, you can board a railjet in Linz and travel to Vienna Airport from 1 hour and 43 minutes.
Since 14th December 2014 Intercity Express (ICE) trains serve Vienna Airport directly, enabling passengers from St. Pölten, Linz, Salzburg and Graz to move seamlessly from their train to their flight quicker and more comfortably than ever before.
With change of timetables in december 2015 more direct connections to Vienna Airport will become available. Our ÖBB Railjets and ÖBB Intercity trains will operate twice per hour from Salzburg via Linz, St. Pölten and Vienna Central Station to Vienna Airport. In addition several direct connections will become available from western Austria.
For travellers from Graz there are hourly connections to Airport Vienna: Our Railjet from southern Austria connects to the Intercity which operates between Vienna Central Station and Vienna Aiport. Furthermore there's a daily direct-Railjet-connection from Graz to Vienna Airport and back.
