Vienna's first green museum invites you to experience the work of Hundertwasser close up, from architecture to environmental management. Situated only a few streets from the Hundertwasserhaus on the Danube Canal, it follows the philosophical and design principles of the famous, exceptional artist and great visionary, who experimented with green roofs and placing trees in building façades. Here, amongst the world's largest collection of his paintings, prints, tapestries and architectural designs, visitors can also experience Hundertwasser architecture from the inside and the most important aspects of his work.
In addition, KUNST HAUS WIEN is the "hotspot" in Vienna for large international photography exhibitions. Renowned contemporary artists such as Joel Meyerowitz or Martin Parr present their oeuvre in large special exhibitions.
With all its different facets, the KUNST HAUS WIEN is one of Vienna's top five tourist attractions.
