As Austria's largest mobility provider it is ÖBB's aim to allow all passengers to comfortably travel by rail. More than one million people in our country are temporarily or permanently limited in their mobility. This includes disabled people as well as elderly or frail people. In order to offer this customer group suitable travel facilities, ÖBB continuously invests in barrier free access.

Rolling stock
- Currently more than 100 trains offer travel facilities to wheelchair users.
Different VORTEILScards are on offer with up to 50 % fare reduction on ÖBB's trains, on the ÖBB Postbus as well as on many private railways and with a number of Transport Associations.
